Expo Background

    In recent years, Chinese government promotes vigorously the idea of building green construction based on the concept of sustainable development and ecological urban. With the trend of wooden house warming up in different cities all around China, more and more beautiful wooden houses can be found in parks, resorts and villa projects. In order to push forward the building of New Socialist Countryside, wooden house has been promoted in rural areas as well.
    Wooden house has many positive functions, such as material & energy saving, eco-friendly, recyclable, shockproof and greatly shortened construction cycle for its prefabricated structure, moreover, enormous anion inside improves the comfortableness and health as well. It fulfills our good will of coming back to nature. According to the statistics, wooden construction has been widely used in foreign countries, that more than 90% of houses in Canada and more than 80% in USA use wood as building material, especially for villas and low-rise flats. While in Japan, nearly 100 thousands wooden houses complete every year. Looking back to China, wooden house industry is just on the scratch, but definitely with huge potentiality. Thus, China Sustainable Building Forum + Wooden House Expo 2009 launched, to build up a great platform for advanced wooden house technology and related products.

展会背景

    近年来，我国政府部门倡导可持续发展，建设生态城市的理念，大力支持开发健康环保、节能生态的住宅。在上海、北京、广州、南京、香港等大中型城市悄然兴起木结构住宅热。造型美观时尚的木结构房屋在公园、旅游景区及别墅楼盘中随处可见，成为一道亮丽的城市风景线。为推动我国新农村的建设，木结构住宅也已经开始在农村推广。
    木结构房屋拥有节材、节能、环保、可循环、防震等功能，使用工厂预制现场拼装的建造形式，大大缩短了建筑周期。木结构房屋内存在大量负离子，提高了住宅的舒适度和健康指数，充分满足人类渴望回归自然的愿望。据统计，在国外木结构房屋应用相当广泛，90%的加拿大和80%的美国住宅，尤其是别墅和低层公寓采用木结构，日本每年竣工木结构住宅10万套。而在中国木结构房屋产业刚刚起步，市场潜力巨大。为此，2009中国可持续建筑国际论坛暨房屋集成技术及生态城市建设博览会将推出木结构房屋展区，集中展示国内外先进的木结构建造技术和配套产品，推动中国木结构产业的发展。
