Subsequent to the continuous
development of economic construction and the upgrading of living level,
there are higher standards and requirements for the living environment
and living quality since China's reform and opening up. In recent
years, all major cities in China are engaged in active campaigns of
urban environment and fundamental facility construction. Green ecological
suburb, which enjoys multi-functions such as air purification, disposal
and reuse of wasted water, has become people's ideal living environment.
All the cities are striding forward the standard of green city and
garden city. Many of them, such as Dalian, Chengdu, Shenzhen, Zhongshan
and Tangshan have been awarded The Capital Scroll of Honor Award.
With the increasing emphasis on ecological
environment all over the nation, city landscape construction has also
attached importance to the combining of greenland design and resident.
A ecology dwelling district which combines greenland programme and
landscape design has entered our daily life. This provides an ideal
environment for holding large campaigns such as Expo 2010 Shanghai
China. Establishing a beautiful city abiding by persistent developing
route has been the main direction of promoting the integrated renovation
of city environment. The project of city landscape and garden design
is now an increasingly demanding market with enormous potential so
that Shanghai will share the experience with its surrounding cities
and other inland cities.
The target of this exhibition is to promote
the city landscape project and enhance professional competition ability;
upgrade professional resources disposition and overcome the difficulties
to get synthetical result by individual technical method in the city
landscape program; meet the market needs and develop the area economy.
All of the efforts will offer a golden opportunity for communicating
and exchanging views so that our city landscape construction will
have a bright future.
